Description: The Alexis Nakota Sioux Jr/Sr High School currently under construction will provide new classrooms/education spaces, administration offices, and specialized classroom spaces to the community. The building will also house a commercial grade kitchen, fitness facility, and a 12,645 ft2 gymnasium capable of fitting two full sized basketball courts.
Construction highlights include engraved mass timber framing throughout the building, a curved curtain wall in the ceremony space, cultured stone exterior walls, and custom imaged fibre reinforced laminate panels showcasing the history of the community.
